Welcome to the Don Bosco Mandaluyong Alumni Association (“DBMAA”)! We are delighted to have you as a part of our alumni community. The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, website, and any related applications or platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms and any future amendments or updates that may be made.

1. Membership and Eligibility: 1.1. Membership in DBMAA is open to all individuals who have attended and completed any program at Don Bosco Technical Institute – Mandaluyong. 1.2. Membership is voluntary and free of charge. 1.3. DBMAA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any member and may request supporting documents if necessary. 1.4. Membership can be revoked or suspended at the discretion of DBMAA if a member is found to be in violation of these Terms or engages in any behavior deemed detrimental to the association’s reputation or objectives.
2. Use of Services: 2.1. The Services provided by DBMAA are intended for personal and non-commercial use only. 2.2. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities or in any way that may harm or disrupt the association or its members. 2.3. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with DBMAA or any other person or entity.
3. Privacy Policy: 3.1. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. You can find our Privacy Policy on our website.
4. Conduct and Content: 4.1. You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through our Services. Content includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, and links. 4.2. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights. 4.3. DBMAA reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate without prior notice. 4.4. Any content shared on the Services does not necessarily reflect the views of DBMAA. We are not responsible for any content posted by our members.
5. Intellectual Property: 5.1. All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with DBMAA are the exclusive property of the association and its respective owners. 5.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any DBMAA intellectual property without prior written consent from the association.
6. Termination of Services: 6.1. DBMAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, without prior notice. 6.2. You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying DBMAA in writing or through any prescribed method.
7. Amendments to the Terms: 7.1. DBMAA may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you through the contact information you provide. 7.2. Continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Indemnification: 8.1. You agree to indemnify and hold DBMAA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. 9.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
